Early last year I purchased 3 pairs of Nike AirMax running shoes because I love all the colors (white and pink, white pink and blue and white, yellow and orange). This past Wednesday evening (1/20) I decided at last minute to purchase this Nike Metcon 5 by a recommendation of a friend, a little over my budget but it was a good investment. My preferred color was white with black sole but it was not available on my size.What I love is that is comfortable if I don't use thick socks. Also love that it arrived overnight, by yesterday (1/21) the Metcon5 were at my doorsteps. Also I like Hyperlift insert that was included. I purchased the same shoe in another color and did not had the hyperlift insert.After years of searching and trying different ones, I finally found this shoe to be THE BEST for cross training. I didn't even have to break in. Delivered one afternoon, wore it for the evening cardio interval training and never looked back. I simply can't say enough. I do group cardio, intervals and boxing with this. Absolutely love it! If you are looking more for walking or running, personally, I prefer Brooks Ghost.Sturdy, supportive, well-made, CUTE shoe for CrossFit. My podiatrist was impressed by the arch and construction; I love the fit and performance. May order more now and save for later, just in case they go out of production!My grandaughter is using them for weightlifting.They come with the added gel lift which is a big plus in this sportI always wear 9.5 size In nike metcon , this shoes runs very small I already have one pair of metcon 5 9.5 and it fits perfect. Also the box was pretty damaged and I know I’m not wearing the box but for the price I’ve paid i expected a product as good as if I bought it directly in the store.Heel slips in and out of shoe but I ended wearing no socks and that fixed it. Took a bit to break in but otherwise perfect for what I need. Did not try the extra lift insert yet.I did a lot of research on shoes that were best suited for weightlifting and I couldn’t be happier that I chose these! The extra lifts are great for leg day so I know my ankles stay neutralThese metcons fit well and they were just what I was looking for but they are so loud as I walk through the fitness center it’s embarrassing. You can hear me coming from a mile away, clomp clomp clomp! I will probably return them because they are so loud!These trainers are worth every penny, I was having issues with my sacroiliac and since purchasing these the pain has almost gone. I do a lot of HIIT training and they feel very supportive and comfortable.Love this shoe !I like how it's comfy and amazingDer Schuh sieht so aus wie auf dem Bild, jedoch ist er mor dochvetwas zu klobig, deshalb habe ich ihn umgetauscht.
